Lead Times may vary for Custom and Specialty Items. You will receive a Sales Order via email with an ETA date for those items.

If you believe your order has been lost, please contact customer support at 214-257-7713 and we will work on resolving the issue.

We do not accept C.O.D., PayPal, or pre-paid credit cards at this time.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase you made from Absolute Packaging LLC, you may return stock merchandise within 30 days. Please contact customer service at 214-257-7713 for an authorization number.

Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on any orders cancelled or returned.

Due to their nature, custom and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless the product was initially defective.
